Congregations requiring one-time pulpit supply are welcome to contact any of the persons listed here. If the need is for an extended period of time, please contact the Bishop's Office. If the worship service includes the celebration of the Holy Communion, please contact an ordained person. The policy of the Synod Council for Sunday pulpit supply requires remuneration of
$150 for a single service
$200 for two services
$250 for three services
Travel expenses are to be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate.
If the preaching engagement requires over-night lodging, the congregation is expected to reimburse for that as well.
